Content uploaded by the contractor will not be published unless the contractor themselves configures settings to not limit the publication scope to within the contractor (such as manuals released outside) through methods specified by our company.
In addition, our company will not view, modify, use outside of Teachme Biz, disclose to third parties, or access the content without the contractor's consent.
However, this excludes cases where disclosure is required based on laws, stock exchange regulations, or securities industry association rules, or when disclosure is requested by public institutions such as courts, regulatory authorities, or investigative agencies.
