When users are deleted, the manuals or training courses they created will not be deleted.

- Manual folders and publication status will not be changed.
- When removing users from groups, specify the successor for manual ownership as follows:

Folder administrators or one general user

Group administrators (* ) or one general user
* While the selection screen displays the successor as folder administrator, the ownership will actually be transferred to the group administrator. - To transfer manual ownership to multiple users, change the owner for each manual before deleting the account.

Additional Information About Training Courses
- Training administrators can edit courses created by deleted users and check completion status.
- When users are deleted, the "Creator" displayed on the course details screen will change to "User has been deleted."
