Our global IP address is scheduled to change. Will this affect Teachme Biz?

If you are using the following Teachme Biz features and have registered your current IP address,
you will need to update your settings.
(If you haven't registered your current IP address, there are no concerns regarding Teachme Biz settings)

First, please check the current registration status for each feature:

 ■Group IP Restrictions

 ■Folder IP Restrictions

  ▼Set up IP restriction for Group-shared folder (Web Browser)
  https://teachme.jp/8/manuals/9117240
  ※This is configured per folder. Please check the settings for all folders you have created

Note that multiple IP addresses can be registered for either feature.
For example, making the configuration changes in two stages as follows will be smoother:

 ・At the start of the transition period: Add the new IP address in addition to the currently configured IP address
 ・At the end of the transition period: Keep the new IP address and remove the current IP address registration
