Why don't draft manuals appear in folders on the mobile app?

The following causes are possible.

Folder filtering is set to "Published only"

To make it easier to find published manuals and reduce manual loading time, folder manual filtering is set to display only published manuals by default.
Check if changing the folder filtering to "Drafts only" or "All" resolves the issue.

No edit permission for manuals in the folder

Draft manuals are displayed only when edit permission is granted.
If the manual to edit does not appear, request an administrator to add the account as an "Editor" to the folder where the manual is saved by following the manual operations below.

Failed to load folder information

Check if pulling down the screen after tapping "Folders" to reload the information resolves the issue.
