Teachme Biz has two main types of backups.
■ Backup for Service Continuity
We regularly perform data backups to prepare for any system failures that may occur.
A full backup of the entire service is performed daily, with a retention period of 14 days.
Backup data is stored on a DR site, and data restoration is performed only in the event of an emergency, at the discretion of the operating company, Studist Corporation.
■ Backup as a Feature
This can be used for data restoration at any time of your choosing.
If a manual has disappeared or data appears to have become corrupted due to an accidental operation on your part, please use the backup feature to restore it yourself.
