There are two major types of backups in Teachme Biz.
Backup for service continuity
We regularly perform data backups to prepare for any system issues that may arise.
We execute a full backup of the entire service on a daily basis, and the backup data is retained for 14 days. The backup data is stored at a disaster recovery site, and data restoration is only performed by the operating company, Studist Corporation, in the event of an emergency.
Backup as a function
You can use the backup function to restore data at your convenience.
If you accidentally deleted a manual or your data seems corrupted, please use the backup function to restore it yourself.
