When a manual is added to a training course
All trainees receive notifications.
E-mail: Delivered.
Mobile App: Notifications appear in "Updates" and push notifications are sent to mobile devices.
* If a manual is added to a course that is already marked "Completed" or "Mastery," the status automatically reverts to "In progress" or "Before mastery," and a badge also appears in the web browser version.
When a course due date is approaching
Trainees who have not completed the course receive notifications.
E-mail: Delivered approximately 3 days before the due date.
Web Browser: The relevant course on the My courses screen shows that the deadline is approaching.
Mobile App: Notifications appear in "Updates" and push notifications are sent to mobile devices.
When a course due date has passed
Trainees who have not completed the course receive notifications.
E-mail: Delivered the day after the due date passes.
Web Browser: The relevant course on the My courses screen shows that the deadline has passed.
Mobile App: Notifications appear in "Updates" and push notifications are sent to mobile devices.
When appointing training administrators or trainers
No notifications are sent.
Notes
- Depending on the time zone settings of the device where the due date was set, the timing of due date notifications may vary.
- No notifications are sent to users whose accounts are paused.
- If a course due date is changed, notifications will be sent when the due date approaches and when it passes, based on the new date.
- Depending on mobile device settings and login status to the mobile app, push notifications may not be delivered.
