Manuals and account data created during the contract period will be deleted after a certain period from cancellation (Teachme Biz Terms of Service, Article 27, Section 3).
Folders shared with other groups using the Sharing Cross-Group will also become unavailable to the shared groups.
Manuals duplicated before cancellation will continue to be available in the shared groups.
The specific period and process for data deletion are not disclosed due to security considerations and other reasons.

Additionally, the provision of deletion certificates and similar documents is not supported.
Furthermore, various data, with some exceptions, can also be deleted by customers.
