When accessing the URL of a Released Outside Manual
When you access a Manual included in a Folder released outside, you will be prompted to enter a Password.
Once you enter the Password, that state is maintained for 5 minutes.
For 5 minutes after entering the correct Password, you can view other Manuals in the same Folder without entering the Password again.
After 5 minutes have passed, if you perform any operation that involves communication with Teachme Biz — such as navigating to another screen, reloading, or opening a different Manual — you will be prompted to enter the Password again.
When accessing the URL for release of a Folder released outside
When you access the URL for release of a Folder released outside, you will be prompted to enter a Password.
Once you enter the Password, that state is maintained for 5 minutes.
For 5 minutes after entering the correct Password, you can view any Manual in the same Folder without entering the Password again.
After 5 minutes have passed, if you perform any operation that involves communication with Teachme Biz — such as navigating to another screen, reloading, or opening a different Manual — you will be prompted to enter the Password again.

When the Password of a Folder released outside is changed
When an Administrator changes the Password of a Folder released outside, you will be prompted to enter the Password on the next access (※).
※ Operations that involve communication with Teachme Biz, such as reloading the screen or navigating to another screen
Even if it has been less than 5 minutes since the last Password entry, once the Folder's Password has been changed, you will be prompted to enter the Password again.
