When accessing the URL of a Released Outside Manual
When you access a Manual included in a Folder released outside, you will be prompted to enter a Password.
Once you enter the Password, that state is retained for 5 minutes.
For 5 minutes after entering the correct Password, you can view other Manuals in the same Folder without entering the Password again.

When the Password of a Folder released outside is changed
When an Administrator changes the Password of a Folder released outside, you will be prompted to enter the Password at the next access (※).
※ Operations that involve communication with Teachme Biz, such as reloading the screen or navigating between screens
Even if it has been within 5 minutes since the last Password entry, you will be prompted to enter the Password again after the Folder's Password has been changed.
