When accessing a manual in an externally published folder, you will be prompted to enter a password.
Once you enter the correct password, that state will be maintained for 5 minutes. During this 5-minute period, you can view other manuals within the same folder without having to enter the password again.

When the password for an externally published folder is changed
When an administrator changes the password for an externally published folder, you will be prompted to enter the new password the next time you access the folder (※).
※ Operations that involve communication with Teachme Biz, such as reloading the screen or navigating to a different screen.
Even if you entered the password within the last 5 minutes, you will be required to enter the password again after the folder password has been changed.
