How to View Teachme Biz
There are two ways to view Manuals in Teachme Biz.
- View a Manual while logged into a Group
- View a Manual in a Folder released outside without logging in (external viewing)

What is the difference between an Internal folder and a Folder released outside?
About External Views
This is counted when users who are not logged into Teachme Biz view a Folder released outside.
Views are counted each time the following actions are performed.
- Opening a Manual page
- Reloading the Manual screen
- Performing an Export PDF
- Switching to slideshow view
- Switching languages using the auto-translation feature
Cases Where External Views Are Not Counted
Views are not counted in the following cases.
- When a logged-in user accesses a Manual set to Release Outside
- When a referrer restriction is in place and access is made from an unauthorized referrer
- When a Password restriction is in place and an incorrect Password is entered
