By utilizing Teams (groups of users), you can efficiently manage Rights Management when team members change.
Folder viewing and editing permission settings can also be configured at the Team level.
By updating the Users joined in a Team as members change, you can reduce the effort of adding or removing individual users from each Folder.
There is no limit to the number of Teams you can create.
You can create Teams based on various criteria such as organization, project, job title, or year (month) of joining.
Example: When person A transfers from the "Sales Department" to the "Marketing Department"
Set up each Team to Join folder in advance.
Remove person A from the "Sales Department" Team, and Add to folder person A to the "Marketing Department" Team.
This allows person A to have the appropriate permissions without having to individually add or remove them from each Folder.
