Cannot register new Group ID

Password, Group ID and Account Name have the following character restrictions.

* Group ID
[Available Character Types] Numbers from 0 to 9, uppercase letters from A to Z, lowercase letters from a to z, symbols "._-"
[Number of Characters] 1 or more characters and 40 or less characters
[Other] Group ID that are already in use cannot be used.

* Account Name
[Available Character Types] Numbers from 0 to 9, uppercase letters from A to Z, lowercase letters from a to z, symbols "._-"
[Number of Characters] 1 or more characters and 50 or less characters

* Password
[Available Character Types] Numbers from 0 to 9, uppercase letters from A to Z, lowercase letters from a to z, symbols
[Number of Characters] 8 or more characters and 64 or less characters
[Other] Cannot be the same as Account Name, Password level: Intermediate or higher
