The content registered on Teachme Biz, such as videos and images, is stored on Amazon CloudFront and Amazon S3, and is displayed on your device via the internet*.
If your company's network settings only allow communication from permitted IP addresses, you will need to permit the IP address ranges of Amazon CloudFront and Amazon S3.
*The connection is made in a CDN (Content Delivery Network) format.
Please confirm the target IP addresses to permit from the following:
Amazon CloudFront Documentation
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudFront/latest/DeveloperGuide/LocationsOfEdgeServers.html
To find the IP address ranges, search for the following string in the ip-ranges.json file:
"service": "CLOUDFRONT"
Please permit all the IP addresses with "region": "GLOBAL".
Since "CLOUDFRONT" automatically guides the user to the optimal region based on geographical conditions, we cannot identify the region and check the IP addresses.
"service": "S3"
Please permit all the IP addresses with "region": "ap-northeast-1".
Caution:
- The IP range of Amazon CloudFront may be changed periodically, and we cannot notify you of the changes every time.
- Even if you have permitted an IP address, it will not be automatically replaced if the IP address changes.
If you still encounter communication errors or upload errors after permitting the IP addresses, please contact the support desk (support@teachme.jp).
