There is no issue with multiple users accessing a single Manual at the same time.

There are no restrictions on the number of simultaneous connection accounts to Teachme Biz, nor any simultaneous connection limits per Manual.
※ Load testing results have confirmed that the system remains accessible without issues even when 80 accesses/second (4,800 accesses/minute) occur.
※ Depending on the network environment used by Viewers, there may be instances where Manual browsing or video playback becomes slow.

Additionally, we continuously monitor infrastructure capacity and add capacity when situations are anticipated where users may become unable to view content.
