Changing Display order and Display items
Sort Manuals by any of the following: "Manual title," "Views," "Owner," or "Last updated date." Switch between showing or hiding "Views," "Owner," "Folder," and "Last updated date" on the "All" and "By Folder" screens of the Web Browser.

About Specifications
- Select any items except for the Manual title.
- Selected Display items are not shared between "All" and "By Folder."
- Display item settings are configured per user, not per group.
Fixing the Display order
Specific Manuals cannot be fixed at the top. Also, the changed Display order cannot be maintained except for specific screens (* ).
Details of specific screens where Display order is maintained
- Maintain the most recent Display order only within the "All" and "Manual list in folder" screens of the Web Browser.
- The last Display order is saved in the browser separately for when logged into Teachme Biz and when not logged in.
- Display Manuals according to the order specified in the URL when transitioning directly via a URL containing a Display order specification. The Display order from the entered URL will then be newly maintained.
- Display Manuals in Relevance order in search results when a search is performed.
