Changing Display Order and Display Items
You can sort (reorder) Manuals by "Manual Title," "Views," "Owner," or "Last Updated Date."
On the "All" and "By Folder" screens in the Browser version, you can also toggle the visibility of "Views," "Owner," "Folder," and "Last Updated Date."

Specifications
- All items other than the Manual Title can be freely selected.
- Selected display items are not shared between "All" and "By Folder."
- Display item settings can be configured per user, not per Group.
Pinning the Display Order
It is not possible to pin only specific Manuals to the top.
Additionally, the changed display order cannot be maintained on any screen other than specific screens (see below).
Details on Specific Screens Where the Display Order Is Maintained
- The last display order is maintained only within the "All" and "Manual list within a Folder" screens of the Browser version.
- The last display order is saved separately in the Browser — one for when you are logged into Teachme Biz and one for when you are not.
- If you navigate to a screen by directly entering a URL that includes a specified display order, the Manuals will be displayed in the order specified by that URL, and that display order will be newly maintained.
- When you perform a search, Manuals are displayed in the Search results in order of relevance.
