Can a chat tool be specified as the Referrer URL in the Referrer URL restriction feature?

and if there is a URL that can be specified as the referrer source.

Please check with the provider of the chat tool you intend to use regarding whether it retains referrer information,
and what URL should be set as the referrer source.
