If you are unable to receive emails despite having a correctly registered E-Mail Address (A. only)

If it is confirmed that an error occurs and emails sent from information@teachme.jp are not received normally, the system may identify the E-Mail Address as "undeliverable" and stop delivering emails to that address.

Examples of cases where emails sent from information@teachme.jp result in an error and are not received normally

· The E-Mail Address is not valid at the time Teachme Biz sends the email
Example) Registering an account with Teachme Biz before activating the E-Mail Address, etc.

· The email is identified as spam and rejected by the recipient's mail server
Example) Reporting an email from Teachme Biz as spam, etc.

If any of the above applies to you, please contact the support desk with the relevant E-Mail Address so we can check whether it has been identified as "undeliverable."
