Service Availability During Maintenance
Teachme Biz will not be available during Maintenance.
If you access Teachme Biz during Maintenance, a screen will be displayed indicating that Maintenance is in progress, and you will not be able to view, create, edit Manuals, or perform other settings.
This applies regardless of the Manual's release scope (internal or Release Outside).
If there are Manuals that are expected to be viewed during the Maintenance period, please prepare in advance by performing an Export PDF, etc.

Precautions During Maintenance
Please do not perform operations immediately before Maintenance begins
Performing the following operations immediately before the service goes offline may result in the operation not completing successfully, or completing with a delay after Maintenance ends.
- Various registration/export operations using CSV files
- Operations related to the Manual Archive feature
- Inviting users / updating or releasing Manuals / task distribution, etc.
Please do not perform offline operations via the mobile app during Maintenance
With the mobile app, some operations such as saving a Manual as a Draft, releasing, or updating may be performed offline.
However, please refrain from performing operations during Maintenance, as data may be lost due to an unexpected Log Out (※) or app termination.
※ A forced Log Out will not occur due to the start or end of Maintenance; however, a Log Out will occur if the Session Management Expiration Date is exceeded or if the number of simultaneous connections per account is exceeded.
