Service Availability During Maintenance
Teachme Biz will not be available during maintenance periods.
When you access Teachme Biz during maintenance, you will see a screen indicating the maintenance period, and you will not be able to view, create, edit manuals, or adjust any settings.
This applies to all manuals regardless of their access settings (internal or external).
If you anticipate needing to view any manuals during the maintenance period, please prepare in advance by exporting them as PDF files or taking other necessary measures.

Precautions Regarding Maintenance
Please Avoid Operations Immediately Before Maintenance Begins
If you perform the following operations immediately before service shutdown, they may not complete properly, or they may be delayed in completion after maintenance ends:
- Registration/export operations using CSV files
- Operations related to the manual archiving function
- User invitations/manual updates or publishing/task distributions, etc.
Please Do Not Perform Offline Operations from Mobile Apps During Maintenance
When using the mobile app, you may be able to perform some operations offline, such as saving drafts, publishing, or updating manuals.
However, please refrain from operations during maintenance as unexpected logouts (*) or app termination may cause data loss.
* Forced logouts do not occur due to the start or end of maintenance, but logouts may occur if the session expires or if the number of simultaneous connections per account is exceeded.
