Details & Specifications
Information Displayed in the Revision History List
The information displayed differs depending on whether you are logged in.
Logged-in Users
- Publication/update date and time
- Link to the preview screen of past versions
- Applies to manuals created or updated on or after June 24, 2026, at 15:30 - Revision content
- Approver name and approval date/time for each stage
- Requester name and request date/time
Non-logged-in Users
- Publication/update date and time
- Revision content
Conditions for Revision History to Be Recorded
- When a manual is approved and published/updated in a folder where the approval workflow is ON
Revision history will not be recorded when a publication or update occurs in any of the following cases.
- Manual publication/update while the approval workflow is turned OFF
- Manual publication/update in a folder where the approval workflow is OFF
What You Can Do on the Past Version Preview Screen
- View the title and description as they appeared in a previously published version
- Download PDF
- View in slideshow
- Translate
Other Specifications
- There is no limit to the number of versions that can be saved.
- When the manual itself is deleted, all corresponding versions are also deleted.
- When restoring from a backup, the revision history will not be restored.
