Manuals that have differences from the previous day's data are automatically backed up at a fixed time late each night via Auto-backup.
In addition to Auto-backup, you can also create individual backups per manual at any time of your choosing.

Creating a Manual Backup
- Group administrator, Group sub-administrator who have joined the folder where the target manual is stored
- Folder administrator, folder sub-administrator of the folder where the target manual is stored
- General users who have joined the folder where the target manual is stored as editors
Restoring a Backup
This varies depending on the screen from which the restore is performed.
Restoring from the Backup Screen
- Group administrator, Group sub-administrator
- Folder administrator, folder sub-administrator of the folder where the target manual is stored
- The owner of the target manual
Restoring from the Manual Editing Screen
- Group administrator, Group sub-administrator who have joined the folder where the target manual is stored
- Folder administrator, folder sub-administrator of the folder where the target manual is stored
- General users who have joined the folder where the target manual is stored as editors
