Important Notes
- Remaining questions cannot be carried over to the following month.
Therefore, for example, whether the questions are granted on August 1st or August 31st, they will be reset to the number of plans under the annual contract at around 9:00 AM on September 1st. - The application deadline for spot purchases is, in principle, 3 business days before the desired start date.
If you are concerned about the limit around consecutive holidays such as year-end/New Year, Golden Week, or Silver Week, please apply with plenty of time to spare. - If you apply in advance for a spot purchase for a usage month in the following month or later, the additional question limit may not be reflected until 2 to 3 business days after the first day of that month.
