- Remaining question counts cannot be carried over to the following month.
Therefore, for example, whether the allocation is made on August 1 or August 31, it will be Reset to the number of plans under the annual contract at around 9:00 AM on September 1. - The Deadline for spot purchase applications is, in principle, 3 business days before the desired start date.
If you are concerned about the limit around extended holidays such as year-end/New Year, Golden Week, or Silver Week, please apply with plenty of lead time. - If you apply in advance for a spot purchase for a usage month in the following month or later, the increase to the limit may be reflected 2 to 3 business days after the first day of that month.
