  • Top page of an externally published folder: All manuals under that folder
  • Inside a folder: Manuals stored in that folder

Q. Can AI search be used in folders with access restrictions (password restrictions, referrer restrictions)?

A. Yes. However, it is limited to those who have successfully bypassed the restrictions and accessed the folder.

Q. What happens if I ask a question in a language other than Japanese?

A. The answer will be provided in the language used for the question.
If you are using the translation option, the related manual links displayed within the answer will also appear in the language used for the question.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of follow-up questions I can ask?

A. Up to 4 follow-up questions are allowed (for a total of up to 5 responses per inquiry).
Each follow-up question counts toward the billing count.

Q. Can the ON/OFF setting be configured per folder?

A. No, it cannot.

Q. Can it be used on mobile (app or browser)?

A. No, it is not available.
Support for mobile browsers is planned for the future, but there are no plans to support mobile apps.
