What are Folder Administrators and Folder Sub-Administrators?
Folder Administrators and Folder Sub-Administrators are the persons responsible for a folder, configured on a per-folder basis.
- Folder Administrator: The person responsible for a given folder. Only one Folder Administrator can be assigned per folder.
- Folder Sub-Administrator: A role that assists the Folder Administrator. Multiple Folder Sub-Administrators can be assigned to a single folder. They have nearly the same permissions as the Folder Administrator.
Folder Administrators and Folder Sub-Administrators cannot create new folders.
Their role is strictly to manage the contents of the folders they have been entrusted with.

How to Set Up Folder Administrators and Folder Sub-Administrators
As mentioned above, Folder Administrators and Folder Sub-Administrators cannot create folders.
Create a folder first, and then assign Folder Administrators and Folder Sub-Administrators to it.

Why Set Up Folder Administrators and Folder Sub-Administrators?
In the early stages when starting small, there is no problem with Group Administrators or Group Sub-Administrators taking on these roles concurrently.
However, as the number of folders grows, so does the burden on them.
Once you reach the stage of increasing folders, proactively delegate folder management to others.
