What are Folder Administrators and Folder Sub-Administrators?

Folder Administrators and Folder Sub-Administrators are the persons responsible for a folder, set on a per-folder basis.

  • Folder Administrator: The person responsible for a folder. Only one person can be assigned per folder.
  • Folder Sub-Administrator: A role that assists the Folder Administrator. Multiple people can be assigned to a single folder. They have nearly the same permissions as the Folder Administrator.

Folder Administrators and Sub-Administrators cannot create new folders.
Their role is strictly to manage the contents of the folder they have been entrusted with.
