Q. How do I choose between the screen capture ranges (tab, window, or entire screen)?
A. Please select from the following 3 options based on what you want to capture and what you want to avoid being included in the recording.
Issues such as "some menus are not captured" or "unwanted screens appear in the recording" can be resolved by changing the capture range setting.

Q. When I trim an image, the quality becomes poor. Is there a way to improve the image quality?
A. When you capture the entire screen and then trim the image, the number of pixels decreases compared to the original, resulting in lower image quality.
To maintain image quality, we recommend specifying the desired capture area before taking the screenshot.
