Q. How should I use the different screen capture ranges (tab, window, entire screen)?
A. Please select from the following 3 options based on what you want to capture and what you want to avoid capturing.
Issues such as "certain menus not appearing" or "unwanted screens showing up" can be resolved by changing the capture range setting.

Q. When I trim an image, it becomes pixelated. Is there a way to improve the image quality?
A. When you capture the entire screen and then trim it, the number of pixels decreases compared to the original image, resulting in lower image quality.
To maintain image quality, we recommend specifying the desired capture area before taking the screenshot.
