Are you ready to review manuals created by new Members before they go live?
It is common to have new Members who join in April start creating and updating manuals as a way to deepen their understanding of operations.
However, you naturally want to avoid having incomplete content published to the frontline.
By leveraging Teachme Biz's "Approval workflow feature," you can build in a process where senior employees thoroughly review manuals created or updated by less experienced Members before they are published.
Empower new hires to build operational understanding through creation, while senior employees ensure quality with their experienced eye.
Please make use of this system as a mechanism that balances training with quality control!
