When export is not permitted
To Export PDF, you need to permit export on a per-Folder basis.
You can also specify the permitted scope as follows.
- Do not permit export
- Give permission to editors only
- Give permission to editors and viewers
- Give permission to outside parties as well ※This can only be set for Folders released outside.
The export permission operation can only be performed by a Folder Administrator, Sub-administrator, or Group administrator, Sub-administrator.
Please refer to the related Manual and confirm whether the export permission has been set for the appropriate role.

When using a mobile app or mobile browser
The only app capable of Export PDF is the web browser version.
If you are using a mobile app or mobile browser, please use the web browser version instead.
When viewing a Manual via a Training course
The Export PDF button is not displayed for Manuals viewed via a Training course.
Please search for the relevant Manual from the Manual list screen and confirm whether the export button is displayed.
