Please check the following:
- Whether the user information registered with the SSO service (username or email address) matches the Teachme Biz user information (account name or email address)
- Whether you are logged into the SSO service with an account that does not match your Teachme Biz user information
※If you see "SAML authentication failed," you may be logged into the SSO service with an account that does not match your Teachme Biz user information.
Please log out of the SSO service, log back in with the account linked to Teachme Biz, and then try logging into Teachme Biz via single sign-on. - Whether the SSO settings are configured correctly
※Please check with your group administrator or sub-administrator regarding SSO settings.

- The group number of the group you cannot log into

- The name of the service integrated with Teachme Biz for SSO
Examples: Salesforce, AzureAD, etc. - The account name or email address of the user who cannot log in
