Q. What is the maximum upload time allowed?
A. There is no time limit; instead, videos are restricted to a maximum of 2 GB.

However, if the video contains a large amount of dialogue, the number of subtitles may exceed the processing capacity and result in an error.
In that case, please split the video into shorter segments to reduce the amount of dialogue per video.

A. If you have subscribed to the optional "Auto Translation Plus" add-on, more than 20 languages are supported.
Q. What are the differences between the Web Browser version and the Mobile App?
The Mobile App does not support some features, including:
- Preview of generated results and scene adjustments
- Creating and editing subtitles
- Selecting the split method (fixed to "Split by action")
- Entering a prompt when starting generation
If you need to use these features, please use the Media Library and generate from the Web Browser version.
