Overview
An issue is occurring where deleting a folder (first level) that was the storage location of a manual registered in a task causes the target task to also be deleted.
Even if the manual has been moved to another folder in advance, when the folder where the manual was saved at the time of task creation is deleted, the task will be deleted.

We apologize, but the deleted tasks cannot be restored.
If there are tasks that should not be deleted when deleting folders
Please recreate the tasks in advance using the following steps.
Note that distribution history cannot be transferred to the recreated tasks.
- Move the manual from the folder to be deleted to another folder
(Skip this step if the manual has already been moved) - Return the task to draft and re-register the manual that has been moved to another folder
- Delete the folder
