This is required.
In order to Sync account information to Teachme Biz using the user Provisioning feature, the E-Mail Address of employees managed in Entra ID (formerly: Azure AD) and the E-Mail Address of the Teachme Biz account must match.
For people who do not have an E-Mail Address, such as part-time staff, please manually Add user to Teachme Biz separately.
Supplementary Notes
- After the initial linking of account information with Entra ID (formerly: Azure AD), even if the E-Mail Address of the relevant users is temporarily deleted on the Teachme Biz side, the link will not be removed.
At the time of the next Provisioning, the E-Mail Address registered in Entra ID (formerly: Azure AD) will be automatically registered on the Teachme Biz side. - While the E-Mail Address is deleted on the Teachme Biz side, login via single sign-on will not be possible.
When logging in, it will be necessary to enter Login information directly.
