Overview
A bug has been found in iPadOS26 released on 2025/09/16 where operations are not accepted after the initial login.
Once confirmation of the issue resolution is obtained, we will notify you again. Please use Teachme Biz without updating the OS until operation confirmation is completed.
Conditions for Occurrence
- Using iPadOS26
* This bug does not occur with iOS26 - During initial login after installing the Teachme Biz app
* This also occurs when the app is reinstalled - Login by entering account name/email address and password
* In our verification, this has not occurred with single sign-on or QR code login
Workaround
No clear workaround has been found
Issue Resolution Method
The issue is resolved by restarting the Teachme Biz app

Resolution of this issue is planned before adding iPadOS26 to the recommended environment.
Once confirmation of resolution is obtained, we will notify you again. Please use Teachme Biz in the recommended environment without updating the OS until operation confirmation is completed.
