2025/08/20 Updated Device Restriction functionality, etc.

Updated Device Restriction functionality.
1. With the renewal, the Device Restriction functionality has been renamed to "Access Approval Management", and Device ID has been renamed to "Register Specific Code".
2. Access management per Register Specific Code is now available (Web browser version).
3. Apps accessing from permitted IP addresses no longer require Register Specific Code registration (Mobile app).

This renewal has been released in phases since July of this year.
