What You Can Do with the Screen Capture Feature
Capturing Images and Videos
You can specify the following capture areas.
- Entire display
Captures the entire screen of your computer. If you use multiple monitors, you can select the display you want to capture.
- Entire application window
Captures by individual application window, such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
- Entire browser tab
Captures the content of a tab open in your browser.

Capture Timer
A capture timer is available for situations where you want to capture right-click menus or tooltips that appear when hovering over an element.
Capture with Area Selection
If you want to capture only a specific area rather than the entire screen, an area selection feature is available that lets you drag to select any region.
Audio Recording (Video Capture Only)
An audio recording feature is available for capturing narration during recording or recording system audio.
Notes
To record system audio, check the option when selecting the capture screen.
This setting is only available when capturing the entire display or an entire browser tab.
Capturing with Shortcut Keys
Image Capture
- Windows: Press Alt + S simultaneously.
- Mac: Press Option + S simultaneously.
Video Capture
- Windows: Press Alt + R simultaneously.
- Mac: Press Option + R simultaneously.
※Applies to both starting and stopping recording.
Extracting Images and Short Videos from a Video
You can extract only the scenes you need as images or videos and incorporate them into your manual.
