This could be due to the following reasons:

Provisioning has not occurred yet

Provisioning is designed to sync user information updated in Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) to Teachme Biz approximately once every 50 minutes.
Please wait some time and check again if the changes have been reflected.

The user is excluded from the provisioning scope for Teachme Biz in the source object scope

If the user is excluded from the Teachme Biz provisioning scope in the source object scope, account synchronization will not take place.
Please check your Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) settings.
