The Teachme Biz mobile app does not support the password entry screen for public manuals, so you cannot view password-protected public manuals while logged out.
To view password-protected public manuals, please do one of the following:
- Uninstall the mobile app and view the manuals through the mobile browser
- Change the setting to open the URL in the mobile browser instead of the app
