While operating the screen capture function, the sub-window (picture-in-picture) at the bottom right of the screen may rarely become completely white.
Try to see if the issue is resolved by clicking the ✕ button on the sub-window to close it or by refreshing (reloading) the browser screen.
If the issue is not resolved, please contact the support desk (support@teachme.jp) with the following information.
- Date and time the issue was encountered
- Account information that encountered the issue
* Email address or account name registered with Teachme Biz - URL of the manual where the issue was encountered
