During operation with the screen Capture function, the sub-window (Picture-in-Picture) at the bottom right of the screen may rarely turn completely white.
Please try clicking the ✕ button on the sub-window to close it, or refreshing (reloading) the Browser screen to see if the issue is resolved.
If the issue is not resolved, please contact our support desk (support@teachme.jp) with the following information.
- The date and time when the issue was encountered
- Account information when the issue was encountered
