Viewing access cannot be restricted on a per-manual basis.
Viewing permissions are granted on a per-folder basis.
Therefore, it is not possible to configure settings to show or hide only a single manual to specific individuals.
If you want to restrict viewing of a specific manual, please remove the users or teams you do not want to have access from the participants of the folder where the relevant manual is stored.
This will make all manuals within the excluded folder inaccessible to those users or teams.
