Teachme Biz accounts are divided into the following 3 types.
| Name | Role |
| Group administrator | The sole highest authority. Can invite accounts and grant permissions. |
| Group sub-administrator | Can invite accounts and grant permissions. |
| General users | All users other than the above. |
These users can do even more by being granted permissions.

| Folder administrator | Can manage settings and grant permissions within a folder. |
| Editor | Can create and edit manuals within folders they have permission for. |
| Viewer | Can view manuals within folders they have permission for. |
There are actually many more permissions, but only the most representative ones are introduced here.
