What is "Not Downloaded" on the Bookmark screen?
This indicates that the Manual has not been downloaded to the device. Downloading Manuals allows viewing even while offline (out of service area, airplane mode, etc.).

Download Status
- Immediately after bookmarking: Displayed as "Not Downloaded" and cannot be viewed offline.
- When viewing a Manual via Bookmark: Data is downloaded when viewing the Manual while connected to the internet.
- After download completion: Displayed as "Downloaded" and becomes available for offline viewing.

Yes. Manuals containing Videos, in particular, involve large data traffic and take time to download. Use in a Wi-Fi environment is recommended. |

Yes. If deletion is required, downloaded data can be removed from the device via the cache management screen. Clear Cache for Bookmarked Manuals (Mobile App) Additionally, data is automatically deleted upon logout. |
