The following steps allow you to consolidate manuals (※).
※What is manual consolidation?
This refers to cases where, for example, you have two similar manuals — "Phone Operation Manual (Internal Lines)" and "Phone Operation Manual (External Lines)" — and you merge their content into one manual, such as "Phone Operation Manual (Internal/External Lines)," then discontinue the other manual.
How to Merge
There is no built-in feature to merge manuals directly from the manual editing screen.
However, by using the Clipboard feature, you can consolidate manuals more conveniently than manually copying and pasting.
Use the Clipboard feature to duplicate the necessary steps, then add or replace steps in the destination manual.

When Archiving or Deleting a Manual Is Difficult
If archiving or deleting a manual you wish to discontinue is difficult — for example, because it has a high number of views or bookmarks — please consider the approach shown in the image below: delete the steps from that manual and insert a link to the consolidated destination manual.
