About Manual Release Methods
There are various ways to release a Manual.
Choose the appropriate Manual release method based on the content, purpose, and your company's internal security rules.
We will introduce release methods in order, from basic to advanced.
Viewable by logging into Teachme Biz (Internal)
This is the most basic release method.
By releasing a Manual within an "Internal folder", anyone who meets the following conditions can view the Manual.
- Logged into Teachme Biz
- Has joined the relevant Folder
If you have no particular internal requirements and are unsure, release your Manual using this method.

If you want to enhance Security further
Viewable only when using a specific network (IP Restrictions)
This method allows viewing only when accessed from a specific IP address, such as your company's network.
Even if Login information is leaked, this can prevent unauthorized viewing of Manuals.
■Group IP Restrictions
You can only log in when accessing from a specified IP address.
※ Group administrators and Group sub-administrators are exempt from this restriction.
Example: When you want to prevent access from unauthorized environments such as home or personal devices
■Folder IP Restrictions
Manuals within a Folder can only be viewed when logged in by accessing from a specified IP address.
Example: When you want to prevent access to highly confidential Folders such as accounting or HR-related content from unauthorized environments such as home or personal devices

In environments using Group IP Restrictions, Folder IP Restrictions, or QR Code Login, Manuals can only be viewed from a mobile app whose app-specific identifier "Specific Code" has been registered.

Single Sign-On
If you are logged into an IdP such as Google, you can log into Teachme Biz without entering an ID/Password.
There are two options: using it alongside standard ID and Password login, or restricting login to Single Sign-On only.
By configuring the system to allow login via Single Sign-On only, you can enhance Security.
