Mobile devices equipped with Android OS are collectively referred to as "Android devices," but the detailed behavior and specifications of devices differ depending on the manufacturer.
In particular, it has been found that the specifications of integrated circuits called "chipsets" greatly affect the video editing function of Teachme Biz.
Therefore, in rare cases, there are situations where compatibility with Teachme Biz functions cannot be achieved.
The following cases have been reported in the past:
- The video compression method adopted by the device is not supported by Android OS, and issues occur only during video registration and editing
- The integrated circuit used in the device cannot interpret the video editing content of Teachme Biz, causing issues
Unfortunately, it is difficult to resolve this by modifying the Teachme Biz app.
If a similar error occurs on a device listed above, perform the operation from a different device or PC.
If there are any unclear points regarding this matter, please contact the support desk (support@teachme.jp).
