Mobile devices running Android OS are collectively referred to as "Android devices," but the detailed behavior and specifications of devices vary by manufacturer.
In particular, it has been found that the specifications of the integrated circuit known as the "chipset" have a significant impact on Teachme Biz's video editing features.
As a result, there are rare cases where a device may not be compatible with certain Teachme Biz features.
The following types of cases have been reported in the past.
- The video compression format used by the device is not supported by Android OS, causing issues only during video registration and editing.
- The integrated circuit used in the device is unable to interpret the video editing content in Teachme Biz, causing issues.
Unfortunately, it is difficult to resolve this by updating the Teachme Biz app.
If you experience the same error on a device listed above, please perform the operation from a different device or a PC.
